These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ebaji platform and all services provided under it. By visiting the ebaji website, registering an account, or participating in any game or betting activity, you are considered to have unconditionally accepted these Terms.

ebaji may at any time request that a user submit relevant documents for identity verification. This is an essential step in maintaining a secure and reliable platform.

• Screenshots or proof of recent transactions

ebaji reserves the right to put withdrawal processing on hold until verification is complete. Submitting false documents or information is a serious violation and may result in permanent account closure.

All financial transactions on the ebaji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support only the following mobile wallet methods:

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (the same across all methods)
• Funds deposited into the account must be sent only from that person's own mobile wallet — deposits from a third party's wallet are not permitted.
• Always verify the correct account number and amount before making a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 10 and 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile wallet used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements are met.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

4.3 Transaction Verification

ebaji reserves the right to review any transaction and put it on hold if it appears suspicious. All transactions are monitored to prevent money laundering and other financial irregularities.

ebaji offers users various types of bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All such offers are subject to the terms and conditions described below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit. The maximum bonus amount is ৳10,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, specific wagering requirements must be met. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 (fifteen) times the bonus amount.

There is a set time limit for meeting the wagering requirements. If the requirements are not met within this period, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may use each bonus offer only once.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses from multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.
• ebaji reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after completing the wagering requirement are withdrawable.

5.4 VIP Program

ebaji has a dedicated VIP program that rewards regular players. The VIP program has five tiers:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 1.2%
• Diamond — weekly cashback of up to 1.5%

Eligibility to move to each tier depends on your activity and contribution on the platform. Higher tiers come with more benefits and rewards.

All games on the ebaji platform operate on a fair play basis. Game outcomes are determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.1 General Gaming Terms

• All bets cannot be changed once confirmed.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the round that was not completed will generally be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.
• ebaji makes no guarantee regarding game outcomes or the amount of winnings.
• Any changes to game rules will be published on the platform.

6.2 Sports Betting

When placing bets in the sports betting section, please ensure that the event information is correct. If an event is cancelled or the result remains uncertain, a decision will be made in accordance with standard betting rules.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the ebaji platform. Violating these prohibitions risks account closure and forfeiture of all deposited and won funds:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Opening an account using a false identity or false information.
• Bonus abuse — using multiple accounts of your own or accounts of acquaintances for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software.
• Playing games using bots or automated software.
• Operating an account or providing betting services on behalf of a third party.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time if you wish. Please contact our support team to do so. It is your responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.
